I ordered a microwave from Lowe’s. We are doing a whole home remodel. When the contractor opened the box to install the microwave, it was broken…shattered. I called Lowe’s customer service. The lady was very nice, but she told me that because the 48 hour window had passed it was their policy that I would have to deal with Sharp. Lowe’s would not make it right. Therefore, I will no longer give Lowe’s any business.

I was really impressed with the Saturday morning kids event at the Roland Park Lowe’s. We’ve done similar events at the other big home improvement store before, and they were always unorganized and chaotic, but this one was the complete opposite. Everything was extremely well run, and the staff, especially Mary, were incredibly friendly and helpful. Even my 7 year old daughter, without any prompting, mentioned how much nicer this experience was compared to the others we’ve attended. We’ll definitely be coming back. Really appreciate the effort your team puts in, it shows.

Got a new washer/dryer delivered yesterday, love it so far! Jari and his team are exceptional, very hard workers! Jari (the delivery man) deserves a promotion... professional, quick and efficient. Make Lowe's your next appliance destination! And ask for Jari to deliver!

Terrible customer service, I called about item availability and I was greeted then told “hold on” and then receiver was immediately put down and I could hear them great another customer in front of them and had to listen to their interaction (8mins) before I had to hang up and call back to finally be helped. Originally call was made @ 12:22pm on 5/27/26. Please teach your associates common courtesy and respect.

They play pricing games. You know, when I go to shop for myself at Aldi, I can save anywhere from a nickel of 50 cents. Here, when I go to shop for myself, it's a 20% up charge. Good thing Home Depot is close to most Lowe's. Granted, not this one, but at least they match their own price, unlike their sister's store Walmart. We already knew that they were trying to block price scrapers. Because in order to view the price online, I had to either use their app or add it to my shopping cart.
