I ordered a chest freezer online yesterday for pickup and spent almost $200 just for them to not have it in stock and when I called they told me that they have to look for it because they don't think that they have it in stock and they only have the display and it took them 2 hours of looking before I got a confirmation email that it was not in stock. So when I clicked on the email and tried to log in the site kept telling me it could not find my order so I had to download the app just to access my account and cancel the order because the store did not schedule for me to pick it up at a store that had it in stock. This is my first time shopping at Lowe's and will be my last now I see why all my friends and family tell me they go to the Home Depot

This place sucks Everytime I come here. The customer service is horrible. It should feel easy to come up to a worker and ask a question but the staff they choose and the management themselves are all rude and seem like they don't like their jobs. My mom came here a year ago and got stabbed with glass and management was hard to get ahold of and I was on the phone with their representative and they said they were getting ahold of the manager but promptly hung up on me. We never got justice for her getting hurt there and it's ironic because they had like 330 days no incidences have happened and I think it's because they wanted that bonus.

Contracts, keep going to home depot. This lowes, like many, don't care to help you with customer support. They will do phone sales and forget general basics like apply the order to your rewards account. They'll call you with the number associated to your rewards account and not apply the purchase to the account. Adding P/O's or job names on a sale is practically impossible to get them to do. They are just full of excuses, like "this person is training." Here's an idea, maybe train them on the basics before you expect them to do something. Saying they are in training and then not teaching them anything isn't training. It's just throwing them into the fire you call customer service. They also don't have a store manager working on a Wednesday at 10am, either that or like most of the employees they didn't show up to work. I dont know how anyone at Lowes can't see all the phone sales go to Home Depot. Good luck earning contractors business with such horrible business standards. We have to do accounting! Not doing sales properly and having them not show up in the app, is unacceptable. Do better!

I dealt with the assist manager and 3 other associate members and all 4 were "extremely" helpful. This location in the past has lacked in customer service. However, the last few times I have been on this store everyone has been great to deal with. I will continue to make the Lowes, my go to home improvement store.

Stopped in to get some information about final and laminate flooring. Travis W found me and helped me. He was very knowledgeable and friendly. He helped me find the perfect floor for our office. Glad that Lowe’s has such valuable employees who care about customers and their projects.
