Curtis, the paint supervisor, assisted me this Sunday morning and helped me construct a drain so that I could relieve water from my HVAC system after heavy rains and a condensation gathering problem. When I went into the store, I asked Curtis to help me and I noticed he was obviously happy to help write from the start. It made me feel like we were going to find a good solution and we did. He listened carefully to my issues with a water problem, and carefully diagnosed what I would need and helped me figure out an economical way of getting it done. He was patient and kind and willing to listen and knew where everything was at so we were able to save quite a bit of time. His product knowledge was outstanding and we went from Plumbing to HVAC to garden hoses outside. I never would’ve known it was a Sunday morning when most people might not want to be working because I was take. care of like family to be honest. Thank you so much, Curtis. Josh

SKYLEE is amazing! She helped me with my pick up in store then she helped me carry out a heavy dehumidifier in the rain. Awesome employee don’t let her go anywhere!

I like this store. I can find many things that I am looking for. Mostly I like gardening sections. The flowering plants and many gardening tools are available. Customer service is great.

I don't know why it takes 15 minutes to find someone to help, always. And then, they aren't the "right" person and you have to wait another 15 minutes while they find them to help you. I just needed a board cut! That should not take 30 minutes.

I purchased a craftsman five drawer tool chest for $250 from this Lowes last week. When I got home and took it out of the box, it was immediately apparent that the chest had been severely damaged by a crushing injury. See photos. When I went back to the store to get a replacement and some accommodation for my trouble, I was told that I could have the display model, which had a significant scratch across the front, for a 10% discount. I asked for the same discount on a new model being delivered, but was refused. The assistant store manager went one step further in questioning my honesty. She indicated that Lowe’s had no way of knowing weather, or how the damage happened to the unit I was sold. I said, “Well, obviously, it happened before it got to me!” Her response: “We don’t know that.” Again, if you look at the photographs, you will see that there was a significant crushing injury to heavy duty sheet metal. The chest had to have been dropped from a considerable height or hit by heavy moving equipment. I have spent thousands of dollars at Lowe’s over the years, including major appliances. Never again. Being sold a severely damaged product and then being accused of having done the damage myself does not sit well with me. I strongly encourage other shoppers to think twice before shopping at Lowe’s in general and this store in particular. Reply to Lowe’s: As indicated above, I’ve already called your customer service team. Although the woman I spoke with was very apologetic, she promised a response within 24 hours, then never got back to me. When I called her back after four days, she indicated that the manager was simply unwilling to offer any accommodation other than selling me a damaged tool chest. Your response was very nicely written, but completely false. If you wanted to do the right thing? You already have my name, phone number, and the details of my purchase and return of the damaged goods. Instead, you chose to blow me off. Those are not the actions of a company that cares about its customers.
