Great customer service!!! Kushai in the paint department has been such a great source of help. Assisting me in educating and providing unmatched service while during my home remodel. I have been to this location at least 3 times a week to get paint for my home this month and he has always been great help. Each time, he has been so resourceful with a smile and just a great personality. Lowes should recognize him for being a value team member.

UPDATE: Called the 800 number to clueless people. When I mentioned I was asked online to make the call, they said they have nothing to do with online reviews. So instead of 2 stars, it's 1 star now. original review: This is not on the store itself, they are following directions, but corporate. I wanted to express my disappointment with the recent Black Friday 1st 50 buckets promotion, which I feel misrepresented the value of the offer and reflects poorly on customer engagement. Customers, including myself, waited in line since 4 a.m. for a bucket advertised as having a value of $150. In reality, the contents were closer to $50, I mean, it had a free sample of a magic eraser. Advertising a $150 value when the actual value is significantly less is misleading and constitutes false advertising. While I understand there was the possibility of winning a $2,000 appliance coupon, many customers , myself included , had no need for such items. The primary issue is the discrepancy between what was advertised and what was delivered. Additionally, the 20% off coupon included in the promotion came with numerous restrictions: it could not be applied to items already on promotion, it was limited to a certain purchase amount, and it expired just 10 days after receipt. This makes the coupon practically useless for many customers, further reducing the perceived value of the promotion. The thing is, promotions like this can negatively impact customer trust and engagement. Misleading offers, coupled with restrictive coupons, are likely part of the reason marketing efforts are not producing the desired numbers. I hope Lowe’s corporate will take this feedback into consideration for future promotions to ensure offers are clear, fair, and reflective of advertised value.

I visited Lowe's on South Blvd this past weekend, and I must say, they have some of the most friendly and helpful employees. I can't remember all of the names, but Colton and Tony were two of them. I know I walked around there a good hour, and almost every employee was just the most delightful and professional. They definitely deserve a raise

I needed shelving for my heavy duty storage totes to put in my locker, and I found it here with the help of the staff. Then I picked up a few cleansers and I am very pleased with my purchases today.

I had a very bad experience. I went on the app to inform them that I was on the way and even enabled location services so that they could track me. When I arrived, there were no open spots in curbside parking. By the time I found one, I realized that people were just parking there and walking inside. Not a single person was waiting in the curbside parking and using it as intended. I waited 10 mins before calling them to inquire about my order. The phone kept ringing and ringing--not a single person answered. I ended up leaving and switched my location for pick up. Never again will I make the drive to this location and WASTE MY TIME AND GAS!
