Ashley really went above and beyond to help me in the paint section! I had trouble with picking out a color to paint a really tricky space and i was feeling so overwhelmed going in. Ashley was so helpful in recommending colors and I took her advice and I can’t tell you want a difference it made! Color theory is wild. Anyway I really appreciated her patience with me and my indecisiveness in addition to her great advice and help! As I was checking out I noticed she was leaving for the day and had stayed late just to help me. It takes a special kinda person to have that much patience and willingness to jump in and help someone at the end of a long shift. Thank you Ashley! I hope Lowe’s appreciates you!

I visited the North Charlotte Lowe’s on Saturday evening and was very disappointed with the condition of the store. The environment was extremely dusty, and nearly every item in the garden center was covered in bird droppings. Items throughout the rest of the store were also heavily coated in dust, to the point that it caused me to sneeze while shopping. When I entered, several members of management were standing near the entrance, yet none acknowledged or greeted me. A few associates elsewhere in the store were polite and helpful, which I appreciated. However, when I asked a manager for assistance with an item that was visibly dirty and covered in filth, especially since it was the last one available, and inquired about a possible discount, I was treated dismissively and made to feel unwelcome.

I will NEVER shop this Lowe's again. Your customer service rep at the counter has zero customer service. I'm a paying pick up customer if I'm not sure where to check in it's YOUR job to help. The attitudes I encountered from the staff here was enough for me to never shop this location again. The location on South blvd provides WAY better customer service, I have never encountered an issue there.

I called the garden center looking for a particular plant. Aaron was very helpful and even offered to check for it at the next delivery! Aaron, and the department who supports his ability/time to handle customer service calls so well, all deserve a raise!

I am a lowes pro customer and shop at many different locations, and this is the store I visit most often. The associates here are always very helpful and I appreciate the service. However, the experience at the entrance has become quite frustrating. There is almost always a table set up right by the doors for various donations. It makes it difficult to just "get in and out" quickly. If you decline, the volunteers often give you a look or a sarcastic "have a good day." It would be a much better experience if the tables were moved further away from the main entrance/exit so customers who want to engage can go to them, rather than being approached every time they walk through the door.
