I applied for the Lowe's credit card on Friday, June 5, 2026. The person who opened my account told me I would get a big discount on my first purchase, and that it didn't matter if the physical card hadn't arrived in the mail yet. I went back the next day, Saturday the 6th, in the evening. Patrick, who was at the register, seemed like he just wanted to go home; I was trying to figure out how to use the Lowe's app to pay, but he wasn't willing to help me. He didn't even give me the first-purchase discount. The store was empty—there were no customers behind me—but when I asked about the discount I’d been promised the day I opened the account, he said there was nothing he could do. He seemed annoyed and unwilling to assist. I felt uncomfortable around him; it was as if I were asking for something for free, and he was clearly irritated. Thanks to Lowe's for the $12,000 credit line, but I am not willing to spend my money at this store with employees like that.

2nd week in a row that I have made an online order that has turned into a total nightmare. They just need to stop offering online ordering at this location, as it's very clear they don't have the staff or the capability to handle it. What is supposed to be a convenience has turned into a nightmare. Luckily, there is a Home Depot close by. I will never shop at this Lowe's location again, and I plan on giving Home Depot a chance.

Great Customer Service is YET ALIVE!!! After an unfortunate series of events with purchasing a new washer I must say there’s an agent that really went above and beyond for me! Atlantis Johnson is an asset to your corporation and I have time to tell you why!! When I met her with my concern of purchasing a new washer she wasn’t pushy, overbearing or nonchalant! She was helpful by listening, going over product options from the latest models to the traditional options. I really appreciate how she made me feel like I mattered and both me and my purchase are valued! This young lady is just one more reason why I appreciate my neighborhood Lowe’s! Sincerely, Pearly M. Purchased new pots and potting soil for my banana trees. Decent selection of pots to choose from, as well as soil. The employees were so knowledgeable and helpful... until I reached the cashier. The bags of soil had so many holes, one employee marked them for a half price discount - so I took 2 of them. The cashier refused to give me the discounts, even though they were clearly marked on the bags. She said not enough soil had spilled out, so she only rang up a 20% discount. Uh... no ma'am. You will give me the full discount as marked. The cashier was incredibly rude. Continued to refuse me the discount, until she called for some assistance. Needless to say, I was granted to full discount, despite the haggling.

Great location, first they helped me find everything I needed, and then Nicholas and Nelson did not hesitate to help me load my truck. Great service.
