I was in Lowe's Northlake today and it was beyond a pleasant experience. The store is greatly organized and the staff is quite helpful and knowledgeable. Special recognition to team lead Kaitlyn who went the extra mile. She was indeed A++.

IMPORTANT NOTE!!!!! THIS IS FOR THE NORTHLAKE MALL LOCATION I never do this unless I have exhausted all other means!!!!!! people who were helpful were Roxayne and Marvin. People who were not, everyone else involved! spent 3 hours on the phone last night either on hold or going nowhere, was told to call this morning at 6 and speak with an ASM, Marvin relayed message to ASM . I called back at 725 and told Marvin no one had called me back and was told the ASM WAS LOADING TRUCKS. He assured me he was going to relay the message to her again and let her know i requested a call back by 8 so I could position my staff of 3 accordingly. SHE STILL HASNT called me back and its 817 AND ive been on hold for 9 minutes now waiting for ANYONE TO ANSWER !!!!!!!

Had a frustrating experience at Lowe’s today. Before visiting, we called to confirm whether wood cutting service was available, and were told it was. After arriving, we double-checked with a staff member in-store and were again told it was available. However, after selecting and bringing the wood to the cutting area, we were informed that the machine was not working and no cutting could be done. This could have been communicated accurately either over the phone or when we checked in-store, which would have saved us time and effort. Really disappointing experience.

I had to make a few trips to Lowe’s within 24 hours while painting and decorating a room in my home, and after a couple hiccups with the items I purchased, I ended up at the customer service desk early in the morning. Sky greeted me with the biggest smile and the kindest, sweetest spirit. She made the whole process smooth and calm, which I really appreciated. I actually saw her twice that day hours apart, and she was just as friendly and helpful the second time, so I know this is truly who she is. Thanks to Sky, I didn’t let the delays in my project stress me out. She deserves all the recognition!
