Stores always really messy I've been here quite a few times over the years probably needs better management. That means that I had a really good experience with Chuck in the plumbing today he was as helpful as he could be and help me find what I needed everything was in the wrong spot in the inventory area for some small items but he stuck with it and help me find what I needed I appreciate that Chuck. Give this man a raise maybe move him to management I don't know. Such low-hanging fruit to keep things organized. Also I didn't really appreciate the self checkout situation I felt like I was being watched and hovered over the computer second-guess my calculations as well in part numbers in the attendant came over and hovered watching me like I'm a criminal. Like if you're going to watch me that closely just do the damn job yourself offer to check out and count everything up

Horrible customer service, found a damaged plant and was willing to take it for a small discount because it was salvageable but not willing to pay full price and was sent around the whole store to 4 different employees just to wait for the supervisor to finish her conversation with another employee just for her to tell me they were just going to cut the plant to look alive again and sell it full price to some other sucker. I definitely don’t recommend this lowes. HORRIBLE EMPLOYEES.

Very good Lowe’s hardware store!! A few things I was looking for were not in stock, including a security light that looked returned (only one there) but was missing the stake for the ground. Helpful staff!! However, the store was unbearably hot and I curtailed my shopping because of it. Outside it was 71 and overcast inside it felt like it was 80. Follow me for reviews - have over 29 Million views to my photos and reviews here. Saw the Mgt reply - thank you for responding! Indeed it was quite stuffy when I visited. Felt bad for the workers. Store was very clean, and well staffed. I love Lowe’s!!!

I bought a five burner grill from this store, and it was missing several pieces. They charged me approximately $79 to put it together and deliver (even though the website clearly said free assembly and $39 delivery fee). Then delivered an incomplete product to me. They knew while putting it together that pieces were missing and still chose to give it to me broken anyway. When I called to let Judith in customer service know this happened, she basically told me it was my problem and to deal directly with the manufacturer myself. When I asked to speak with a manager, they put me on hold for 33 minutes. When the Sandy eventually came to the phone, she transferred me out to an ouside company (the manufacturer) who put me on hold again. I'm truly disappointed Lowe's would drop this problem at my doorstep. Now I will be waiting approximately 1 month if not longer for this missing part, they don't keep in stock at the manufacturer. While I love the grill itself, I'm terribly disappointed with the customer service at this Lowe's ---- Look. Even their reply to my review is addressed to the wrong person regarding their purchased item... see, it's just continued poor overall customer service/managment ----

If I could give a negative review, I would. I am an Uber driver and I’ve been to hundreds of Lowe’s where I’ve experienced a variation of Customer Service with the online order pick up area. Today November 4 at 12:25 PM I went in and a young lady who was in this area was trying to help me find my order that wasn’t showing up for either of us on our phones and she looked down at the box in front of her and said oh this is it. In my experience, the Lowe’s representative will either offer me to help me bring it to my car or they will at least have it sitting on a carriage/Buggy. She walked away as soon as she told me that that was my order. I looked around for a carriage and could not find one so I asked her if she had a cart and she looked me up and down continue to fix her shoe. Once finished, she pulled the carriage out from behind the area, put it next to my item and then walked away. Never have I ever experience such lack of customer service at one of these Lowe’s locations in the pick up area. She either doesn’t want to be here or doesn’t care and it shows.
