Is it possible to leave zero stars? I will never return to this place, the help is terrible from the people in charge of the place, I went to rent a cutting machine, from the beginning the manager was extremely rude, she was a black woman (I can say that because she looked at me and treated me the worst because I am Hispanic) the prices they show are not correct, they tell you that it will be 40 dollars for 4 hours of a tool (the price varies depending on which one) and when it comes time to return it they charge you triple and do not return what you already paid, because according to it is a deposit not the total price, they charge you what you say no and the service is nothing to be desired, do not waste your money in this place, 0 recommended terrible very terrible

Linnea is an amazing representation of great service. She explained to me how to operate and clean my carpet cleaner with ease and professionalism. Will be renting from here again.

David from tool rentals was incredibly thorough and walked me through the process of how to use the hammer drill and how it differed from my power drill. He even went into the store and walked me through using anchors vs tapcon/ concrete screws. Thanks to his guidance, I got my project knocked out in no time! He really went above and beyond.

So, Kawan (sp)... I'm fairly certain that's not how you spell his name, but that's what the employees told me his name is. This employee, who turns out to be a manager at this store, displayed the most unethical, unprofessional, customer service I think I have ever seen. I am 70. It wasn't violent, it wasn't racist, it wasn't disgusting. Simply, it demonstrated how a grown man clearly does not care about his job or his customers. Its literally this simple...I walk in the store, he's the first person I see. He sees me. He's standing there talking to other employees, not doing a thing. No other customers in sight. I start to ask him a question, I do not stutter. I get five words out in the middle of my sentence he turns and looks at the employee away from me and asks her a question... like I'm not even there. That man looked me dead in the eye. I had to walk the entire store to find a $12 product. This is the reason people prefer to go to Home Depot then shop at Lowe's ... absolutely no class. Lowe's, what are you doing, in this economy... smh
