My wife and I purchased a refrigerator and dishwasher from Lowe's on Tuesday, January 20th because they said they would deliver on Thursday, January 22nd. This date is before the big winter storm set to arrive late on Friday, January 23rd. We ordered the refrigerator with the optional ice maker. There was no ice maker included. We paid for delivery and we paid for installation. The dishwasher never left Dallas which Lowes is blaming on the "weather". The weather doesn't start until tomorrow. The refrigerator didn't come with an ice machine and the water was not hooked up, but we paid $167 for installation. Now we are forced to reserve another 4-hour window. Lowe's is blaming the delivery guys and the delivery guys are "3rd Party". They don't know what is going on. Can anyone do appliances? Lowe's can't, and they don't communicate. 1-star

YAY, LOWE'S on N May Ave, OKC! ⭐BETH, in Appliances, is a TREMENDOUS ASSET to the company and its' customers! Thank You for helping us choose the right refrigerator! The Lowe's Delivery team,⭐Perry and ⭐Tim, were EFFICIENT, STRONG, KNOWLEDGEABLE, all with ADDED CARE as the refrigerator never touched our hardwood floors!! Thank You, Lowe's Team! YOU ALL DESERVE A RAISE!⭐

We want to give a huge shout out to Ms. Ava for her wonderful work putting together a work shop for the children. She organized a very nice community activity that everyone could join. We had a blast. Way to go Ms. Ava.

Do not order online!! 1 star cause I have to. I've only ordered twice online, both times have been bad. First i had an opened product missing pieces, then just today i had $10 picture hangers in a locker that I had to wait 30 minutes on because i didnt have wi-fi on my phone, then I was asked for my ID after giving my phone # and name. I've had enough of the corporate BS and the 16 yr old in charge so I left. Like somebody really is going to steal my picture hangers. If I was a thief I couldve stolen more in the 30 minutes it took to get assistance from the other online storage room. I was barely given any attnention. Going to HOME DEPOT to shop now. Cant say i wont be back to lowes but their online ordering system /customer service needs workat least at 36th & May!! It's quicker to actually shop/ purchase than order online. And you actually get what you pay for.Shout out to the paint lady though and apologies I'm bad with names. But you were awesome!

I left a note requesting the store manager, Stephen Miller, at #2540 @3801 N May Ave, Oklahoma City, OK 73112 call me to discuss the low level of customer service provided by so-called members of mgmt on duty. I came in requesting a refund without a receipt; after more than 30 minutes and me getting more frustrated by the minute due to the ignorant way the staff was going about attempting to validate my purchase. They couldn't find it using my credit nor could they find it using my phone#. Not surprised because this search process hasn't been helpful on many previous occasions. In addtion, I will be providing them a list of all the charges made on my credit in the last year at Lowe's so they can see how 'loyal' a customer I've been. Also, it might behoove them to hire more staff because when you need an associate it's like looking for a needle in a pile of needles to get someone to help you!!
