Lowe's is a joke. I placed an online order to be pick up at Moore location. Then they send email that the item is ready to be pick up on different location. Then few mins later they sent me an email and called say my order has been cancelled because they are out of stock. Tried to call the store back to verified no one answer the phone. One time they answer I asked to speak to online order some guy pick up and told me he is a new hire he doesn't know what to do.... Are you for real ? Go somewhere else this place is not even worth your time.

Extremely disappointed with the service at the return desk. Despite being a high-spend customer recently, I was treated with suspicion and hostility over a valid return. The staff insisted on a 48-hour return window for a water heater, ignoring the 30-day policy listed on their own website. The item was brand new and never installed. Save yourself the headache and go to the Moore location instead—they were helpful, knowledgeable, and processed my exchange in minutes.

As a senior citizen I thought I had seen and heard everything. Well, not so fast. Arguably the worst experience of my life. All I can say right now is buyer be ware. Do not count on this store when it comes to warranty exchanges or repairs. Especially true if you're having to work with the guy with long hair down to his shoulder blades. Just walk away until you find any other manager. Literally anyone is better to work with than him. I've written to corporate and am currently waiting for a solution to this experience. This man can be dangerous and has no trouble with turning something small into a serious life changing event. If you have any medical conditions or nerve damage that alters your movements or slows your cognitive process it's best to find another store. Edit piece: 2-16-26 You can see they asked me to call. I've called So many times and never got to speak to anybody. It's a mechanical answer with a message that it's unavailable at this time. But it's every single time. As a 38 year Bell System retiree I can say it's a typical PBX system that's controlled from within Lowes. So, go figure. And, I still want my replacement for a lifetime warranty purchase my wife bought for my birthday some 20 years ago. Very sad for Lowes to have fallen this low. In the store at I-240 service road, they want my original purchase receipt. Upset in OKC.

Yesterday my husband got a phone call from lowes asking and telling him that they had a brand new open box samsung stove and the price would be discounted for it being open box. We also got a 20% additional discount after delivery. The delivery was also fast. After purchasing the stove we got it on the following day. The stove was just the right price for us. I also recently got a midea French door fridge and love it. Total game changer! Thank you lowes for being our place to go to for appliances.

This store on I240 and Santa Fe has horrible customer service! If you ask anyone for help they mumble where it's at and walk off. I tried to buy a refrigerator and dishwasher there with no help, I ended up purchasing it off the lowes app in the store due to the lack of help in store. There is never any cashiers, when there is someone at the scan and go isles and you need assistance they seem put out, especially the younger lady who won't get off her phone. The FLOCK cameras in the parking lot is creepy as hell, especially with the scrutiny they are in with that government, it seems lowes is supporting I.C.E and the evils of the current political disaster we are in. It's very sad that this store has fallen so low in our society, but even sadder it has crawled down to this level in our neighborhood with a lot of minorities in it. Please do something about all these situations and help our area become the friendly neighbors they should be.
