I only give this place this rates due to the lack of information. When my grandfather was there with me the other day they were doing water testing for free which is fine. The sales guys did great but I don’t think he had all the information he needed or failed to give all the right information to us. However I got a follow up call about them not coming out to do my grandfather not being here because he is the owner. I just rent. However he was in the store giving me permission to be here to do all the necessary things and maybe even getting a water filter if need be. But once again they aren’t coming out due to miss communication and lack of already having permission from the owner themselves to be able to do this. How rude and a waste of time. I won’t be trusting this place ever again.

I purchased a washing machine a few days ago with a delivery window of 4 hours from 11:30-3:00pm. The delivery men arrived between 7 and 7:30am. I told them to come back at my scheduled time because my sister needed to be here. They talked with Lowe's and told me Lowe's said to deliver anyway. They said that my delivery at the scheduled time was void because Lowe's had them going to Harrah at my time scheduled. I agreed to a later date, but was told my delivery time would be between 8am and 8 pm. I'm 83 years old and I will not let 2 men in my home at 8pm. I've had Lowe's put in a complete kitchen in my home plus appliances. I shop there at least twice a month. You are considered to receive good customer service only by the amount of money you spend and your gender. If you are a senior or woman be aware of the treatment from this company. Patricia Chapman

I’ve only been to this place a handful of times, so I can’t say whether what I’ve experienced is their everyday standard or if management has recently injected some much‑needed customer service into the culture. What I can say is that every single visit has been unbelievable in the best way. Everyone — and I truly mean everyone — has been helpful, attentive, and eager to assist. It’s rare to walk into a business where the entire team seems genuinely happy to take care of you, but that’s exactly how it feels here. I don’t come for convenience. I come because the customer service is on another level. At this point, I won’t go anywhere else.

Kind, friendly and knowledgeable staff. Excellent atmosphere and ample stock! Greeted with a friendly face and genuine eagerness to be of assistance! This Lowes exceeds customer service requirements. Above and beyond applies to every aspect of your shopping experience here, from greet to complete!!! I would travel the extra mile to shop here as this location goes the extra mile for me....

I went into Lowe’s feeling completely overwhelmed by my project and honestly wasn't looking forward to the DIY stress. That all changed the moment I ran into Will Palacios. I’ve been to plenty of hardware stores where you can’t find a soul to help, but Will sought me out. I told him I wasn't sure if I could pull this project off, and he looked me in the eye and gave me his word of honor that he’d help me find exactly what I needed to make it a success. His confidence was infectious, and he walked me through the aisles like a pro, explaining things in a way that actually made sense. What really blew me away was his character. Much like the legendary service you hear about in stories, Will didn't just stop at the checkout line. He made sure I was set for the drive home and even offered to give me a hand loading up the heavy gear and shared some pro-tips to ensure I didn't run into trouble in the driveway. Will is a rare find in retail. He’s hardworking, incredibly knowledgeable, and has a level of integrity that you just don’t see every day. Lowe's is lucky to have him on the team. If you’re heading in for a project, do yourself a favor and find Will the man is a total game-changer!
