A BREATH OF FRESH AIR! Go get yourself some. Today was a difficult day for me. Nothing seemed to be working out well in my favor. Have you ever had one of those days? ⛈️ IT ALL CHANGED WHEN I WALKED THROUGH THE FRONT DOOR OF LOWES. There was Demetrius! His smile could put a halt on any ones rainy day. Customer service beyond belief. A "can-do" attitude. I rarely come across excellent customer service; but, when I do...I think everyone should know it! Not only to commend this wonderful person; but, to get everyone else on board. Can you imagine what this world would be like of everyone had a 10th of Demetrius's "Good Vibes"! Try giving a few smiles everyday. Demetrius....Keep up the good vibes, THANK YOU!

I purchased quite a bit of patio furniture, plus a grill and firepit from Lowe's, with a schedule delivery. On schedule I was given the delivery window and multiple confirmations that delivery was on schedule. So I took off work to be home when I was assured the delivery was going to be. Well hours pass and I hear nothing. Until finally, mere minutes before the delivery window was up that they were changing the delivery to a full week later. So apparently I'm supposed to believe this date is accurate, and once again just wait for them to turn up if they decide to. Or probably just cancel again at the last minute. Contacting the store was no help because the person I spoke to had no idea why the delivery date had been changed. Take your business somewhere else.

Today we came to Lowe's on Kelly & covell in Edmond ok for all things fruity for planting and Kati was phenomenal in helping us with educating us on which trees were apple according to the leaves and the fig trees which we actually thought were apple! She was such a great help and Mike was also a great help and very patient and the staff helped m e load up my truck in the heat. Very professional and pleasant! This lowes is always our go to for projects because you can always count on staff for assistance!

Apparently Lowes does not honor app or online pricing inside their store anymore. I was told to make the purchase online to get the discount. I did as instructed. Then waited 45 minutes for nothing because it will not populate in their system. Mind you my credit card company has already received the 250 dollar bill while I'm waiting. I have spent close to 30,000 dollars at this location alone. No more. People wonder why everything is ordered on Amazon now. This is why. You could have simply honored a 22% discount of 40 dollars but no.

Veteran friendly and unlike home depot, Lowe's offers a veteran discount all year long. All a veteran has to do is register with a phone number and they save you in the system. This particular location is one of the better Lowe's, it is always clean, shelves are well stocked and it's never messy. Any time I have asked a store associate for help they have directed me to the right area. There's a decent sized garden section during warmer months. The majority of their plants are well maintained but a few plants do seem to get skipped when it comes to watering. It might be the same at all locations but this particular store seems to have one of the better light fixture selections that I have ever seen in any Lowe's.
