Huge selection, easy self-checkout (quick exit, no lines), and the garden center is always beautiful and well-stocked. Staff is helpful without being pushy, military discount is simple to use. Open late and never overwhelming—perfect for weekend projects or quick runs!

I am a commercial contractor, I remodel hotels nationwide. I am currently in spearfish SD, and I needed a particular Undermount sink that was available at Lowe’s. I am having the vanity tops made in Oklahoma City where my business is based out of and my granite guy was needing the dimensions for the sink. I purchased a sink online in South Dakota and I needed my administrator of the business to pick it up at the Yukon store in Oklahoma City so she then could take it to the granite guys so they could cut the right hole dimensions in the granite. Everything went very well and smooth and Rapid City, South Dakota, where I purchased the sink. It was to be picked up same day at the Yukon Oklahoma store. When my administrator arrived at the Yukon store, the sink was not ready to be picked up. She literally had to search for it by herself. It had not even been taken from the shelf. She returned to customer service with the item and that’s when the manager David that was at the customer service counter told her that he did not see the purchase of her order even though she showed him the online purchase with the receipt confirmation number, etc.. He proceeded to tell her that it was nothing he could do. She needed to call corporate. I was currently on speakerphone with her at the time she was going through all of this I asked David why do we need to call corporate? why can’t he just call the Rapid City South Dakota Lowe’s and get this whole thing sorted out he refused and then went on to cancel the order entirely. I found it odd that he was not able to locate proof of purchase, but he was able to cancel the order.It took another manager to come up after all of this calamity had happened for her to then locate the sale, but because he had already canceled the sale she had to do the purchase all over again. It was a horrible situation. It took unnecessary time we did not have to spare, and it never should’ve taken place this David Guy really needs to be reprimanded and coached on better customer service, and he definitely should not be a manager.

Driver dropped off my lazy susan hardware for an order (due today, now wont be till Saturday 5/30/26) and decided to drop it off in some random neighborhood with houses not even CLOSE to the ones in my neighborhood and said screw it close enough because apparently people today just trust technology without double checking their work. Thankfully Customer Service replaced it for free after hours later and a call. So thank you for yalls customer service, hire new drivers for the love of god. Will not be paying for delivery ever again.

Don’t expect anyone to ever help you at the Yukon Oklahoma Lowe’s, I have talked to 3 different associates to get someone to cut a piece of plexiglass for a window repair after some storm damage and have waited for an hour for the person they called to come help! Finally stopped another associate that was just walking around and he was able to help

After visiting the Yukon location. I found that all lumber was inside and was not easily marked with the correct pricing. After pulling three carts full of lumber without even a single employee offered to help. As I counted seven standing around on their phones. After pushing all three carts to the pro desk. Paid then pushed all three out to load them on my trailer. After completing the picking, the purchasing, and the unloading. An employee finally walked up to me. Saying if you ever need help with anything please call ahead to get the help you need. Then handed me his employee card. Spent an hour picking thru the half molding lumber. To receive a card and absolutely no help at all. Would give this store a negative 10 star if I could.
