One star as with all large stores of this sort no one knows how to find anything nor can they help you. Would definitely recommend a local establishment before going to this or home depot chain stores. It is however clean and well stocked

Came Sunday right before Memorial day and it was packed, especially at the paint desk and yet Jalen and Kody were able to work fast and help everyone get their orders filled. This Lowe's always has incredible customer service with the nicest people, makes it the best store to stop by and grab your supplies.

Bought patio furniture in store on Saturday, paid for it, assembly and delivery. Was told it would be delivered Monday (well before my scheduled party Friday). Late Monday, got a text saying it will be delivered Tuesday now. Delivery guys show up to my house Tuesday with half of my furniture. Called Lowe’s and was passed around on the phone until I was eventually passed on to customer service. They said they would correct the issue. I specifically checked that they had the assembly on the order and was told yes, assembled furniture would be delivered by Thursday. Thursday.. delivery drivers show up with everything I ordered and attempted to take the assembled furniture and leave me the replacement furniture.. IN THE BOXES. Went into store to straighten it out after dealing with them all week via phone. Josh in patio was very nice. The store manager, Yosef, zero help. Their resolution was to leave me with half assembled and half unassembled furniture and only refund me the assembly fee. I have missed some work THREE days dealing with this. Just got my nails done and now have to put the furniture together myself in order to have it completed by Friday afternoon for my party. So disappointed and angry to say the least. And don’t hit me with the copy and paste reply because I already called the 1800 number and they made it worse!! ZERO STARS FOR CUSTOMER SERVICE AND EMPLOYEE COMPETENCY.

I was having trouble online ordering as much time as I needed... the only Lowe's that had enough tile that I could order and go pick up, was on memorial road in Oklahoma city. I live in Norman. After about 35 minutes of trying to get someone on the phone that could help me, I finally got an older gentleman on the phone...(I do not remember his name). He assured me he could help me order the tile, I gave him my card information over the phone to pay for my tile. I made the comment to him, that I didn't feel real comfortable doing it that way but he reassured me that they do it all the time and it was just fine. Being a single mom and finally having the money saved to finally buy enough tile for a 226 ft bathroom. I completed the purchase with him over the phone. Picked up the tile on April 4th. Now on May 7th 2026, I was leaving work downtown Oklahoma City, and my phone went off twice, it alerted me that two charges had been made for $191.05 one at 4:03 in the afternoon and the other one at 4:04 in the afternoon from Lowe's #0535. Of course I was frantically trying to freeze my card and get it shut down and at the same time three more charges for $191.05 came through and got declined because I had successfully frozen the card and shut it off. I have called this Lowe's to try to find some resolve on four different occasions. I've been told every time that I will absolutely receive a call back from someone and I have not. Of course I disputed the transactions with my financial institution. But I also need help from this Lowe's and have yet to get any. I know this isn't that big of a deal to a billion dollar company but it is to little ol me. Seems like it's to big of an issue to be able to go look at the cameras on May 7th at 4:03 and 4:04, 4:05, & 4:06 and see who was using my card information and rectify the situation. I promise you whoever has done this, they will do this to someone else. Not cool.
