Look, if I could leave zero stars on this review I would. I normally shop at HD, but decided to stop in after looking at the ad and finding garden soil on sale. Planned to purchase several along with a few plants. The line in yard and garden was at least 6 people deep, so I went inside to check out. The line in there was a also several people deep, which is normal. No biggie. Until you realize the line is that deep because all but 2 registers had customers waiting for various things a cashier has to handle (all the registers are blinking red). All while nobody paid any attention for a good several minutes, causing the line to back up more. Even the people behind me were getting irritated at the lack of caring. So after the people were stuck for several minutes, I decided to try my hand at the outdoor register.... now the line is 12+ people deep, and the poor employee is doing their best, but management's ineptitude in understanding the garden center's demand during it's BUSIEST month, has set the cashier up to fail. I left my things and walked to my car. Home depot from now on.

Lowe's now has Flock cameras in their parking lot. I feel like they don't care about customers or customer service. They also outright lie on their delivery estimates. (Ex. Says delivery is right down the street, but was actually never sent because they were out of stock. Then they left a voicemail to call back, instead of just leaving a VM that says its delayed.) They don't honor Kobalt warranties. At least they are better than Home Depot. Their chat support is fantasic.

I recently went in too Lowe's for a flooring project. Caitlin was so helpful and knowledgeable. She was a great help. June also in flooring loaded my order. I frequent this location and wanted to give a huge appreciation and thanks to these great people at Lowe's Midwest City location.

This store has gone downhill year after year. Employee morale is obviously low as evidenced by the poor attitudes and lack of service by most employees (when you can find one). This evening, I watched the paint associate belittle an elderly customer for being dissatisfied with a color match instead of offering to attempt a color correction. I was told to wait 10-15 minutes to see what colors were mixed in a paint. I was just trying to see if there was a heavy amount of red and the reaction was as if I offended her or was asking too much. She was mixing one gallon of paint for a man. All she had to do was pull the formula on the second computer while that can was being shaken. After being there for half an hour and seeing her reactions to all customers, my husband and I decided to put our other selections back and go down the road to "The Orange Box" as you all like to call it. When leaving, I mentioned to the cashier at self checkout that the Paint girl seemed to need help and he looked at me with an "I could care less" stare and shrugged his shoulders, all while leaning on the candy rack amd messing with the pick in his hair. No customers for him to watch check out and not a care in the world that his teammate was struggling. I have been a long time Lowes customer and LCC holder. My experience at Lowes runs deeper than just being the customer and it has been disappointing to see this location take this fast of a decline.Sadly, I will be trading in my LCC for an HD card moving forward. This store truly needs a shift in morale, leadership, something.

I will never shop here again. I wanted to return a thermostat that didnt work. A girl named Aubry wasnt even available when I walked in. She was too busy on the other end finishing her conversation. Then had an attitude when she walked up, acting like I inconvenienced her. I asked if I could just exchange it for a different one, a more expensive one. She told me they could only return it to my card. She had a bad attitude the entire time. When I asked if I could speak to a supervisor, one of her co-workers asked if she wanted to call a male supervisor and she instead asked for Jazmin. Jazmin also walked up with an attitude and rolled her eyes when I was speaking!! I asked to speak with a different supervisor about her attitude and she told me she was the only one there. She continued antagonizing me and showed no grace or compassion. I returned my thermostat. I tried to call to speak with someone about the way I was treated, and no one answered the phone. We will just be using home depot from now on. No more lowes. I can handle it if they were unable to let me exchange a product. I am a very kind and understanding person, but I will not allow someone to treat me poorly for no reason!! No excuse!!
