while visiting my sister we had to go into Lowe's to purchase some home improvement items to assist my sister and her husband. This particular Lowes is well stocked and clean, but it's hard to find help. We needed a piece of lumber 4X4 to be cut, and we were first told us that he saw was broken, and finally were told that they don't cut any 4X4s. Staff at the self checkout are very polite, but trying to find help was rather difficult to find. But, over all a good place to be.

What I want to say first is that Michelle and Mike are terrible managers with a disrespectful attitude toward customers at this Lowe’s. I came here a few days ago to buy vinyl flooring planks, and they gave me 5 boxes in a different color w the other 14 boxes. After the installation was completed, I realized that some areas of my floor had different shades, so I returned to the store to request an exchange for the incorrectly colored boxes. However, the manager Michelle told me that the boxes I bought came from different batches, so it was supposed to be like that and that I should have known this when I decided to make the purchase. Is that my mistake? And If they knew that issue why do they still sell it to customers? She did not help me resolve the issue and gave a completely unreasonable explanation. I refused to continue speaking with her, so another manager named Mike came over, and he had the same attitude toward me and gave the same explanation. Worst of all, they asked me to leave the store. This was truly one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had at this store.

So I order new tools at 10am.... was supposed to be here by 1pm, never shows up, store said they had a 3rd party delivering it. 1st driver, vehicle not big enough so they had to dispatch someone else, 2 hours later no update besides it being marked Delivered in the store parking lot and all they can tell me is its on its way. I have missed out on 5 orders (total of $350) of work today because of this.

Today on 3/29/26 around 6 pm. I had the pleasure of getting to go to my local Lowe's for a Water-Heater. My parents bought one 3 years ago and we were doing a warranty swap. My dad is almost 60 years old and is starting to slow down. I get the policy is you have to have the item your returning with you at the counter but me (his 23 year old son) was in the bathroom while he was waiting in line. My dad wanted to start the process while I went to go get it and they refused to start the process so we got out of line, got it, and came right back. We then had to wait on someone if front of us. Which is fine. The shift manager made me feel like he didn't want to be there. He didn't give me that customer satisfaction vibe. Instead, I had my father feeling like he just got blown off and was getting sarcastic statements. The minute my dad pushed back, he changed his tone and i stepped in and finished the transaction. I then got a gift card instead of just an exchange. Which i get it, Its policy but its a pain. They then gave us a different model of water-heater. I didn't realize it was the wrong one until i had purchased and walked all the way to the door. Then i had to get another gift card so i can get the right water-heater. When did we stop exchanging items and went straight to giving gift cards. Its a hassle we could of been in and out in 15 to 20 minuets instead. I was there for about an hour got sarcastic statements and didn't really get good service. My father has went to the Lowe's in Mustang for the last 16 years not once have I ever had an experience like this.

Most Lowe's employees don't even know where to find items when you ask. This happens at EVERY LOWE'S I have been too. Even the management doesn't even know. Very unfriendly employees and management at every store. They always say the same replies to everyone. WERE SORRY FOR YOUR EXPERIENCE. IM GOING TO START GOING TO HOME DEPOT INSTEAD. THEIR EMPLOYEES KNOW WHERE STUFF IS AND ARE FRIENDLY.
